All orders are shipped directly from Japan. Delivery to Europe typically takes 7–14 business days.

We ship to all EU countries, the UK, and Spain. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.
